Obligation to provide data

Rights of the data subject

Where processing is based on consent or on contract and is carried out by automated means, data subjects also have the right to receive the data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, if technically feasible, to transmit them to another data controller without hindrance.
Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the Member State in which they usually reside or work or in the State in which the alleged breach occurred.
